Giving up my lovely room just off oxford road! Gorgeous views facing the Kimpton tower clock

Room be available from 19th of July, starting a new job in London

Living with two sound professionals and friends of mine Joe and Ellie, one a teacher and the other in marketing. Sociable flat who like to hang out and go to the pub, cook together, chill on the sofa or be productive!

Just a two minute walk from oxford road train station and a 10 minute walk to piccadilly. Also close to lots of pubs such as the Thirsty Scholar or Pev in the peak, loads of shops (Sainsbury’s/Asda 1 min away), cafes, gyms close by too!

Room is furnished with a cupboard, 3 sets of drawers and a desk. Kitchen is equipt with all the cooking essentials

Lived here for three years now and I dont think i’ll ever find somewhere as cheap and well located as this place 🩷

Bills are usually around £140 per month
Rent is £500 a month
