I’m looking for a girl to take over my lovely en-suite room in a two-bedroom apartment on the 29th floor, with really nice views over the city.

The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe and bedside lockers, and you’ll have your own private en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The flat itself is modern and fully equipped, with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer, and Wi-Fi is included in the rent.

You’d be living with one other girl, so I’m ideally looking for someone friendly, clean and easy to live with.

The building has great amenities including a 24-hour concierge, an on-site gym, a cinema room, co-working spaces, and a café downstairs, which is really handy.

Location-wise, it’s been a dream! Only a 1–2 minute walk to Salford Central train station and nearby bus stops with routes all over Manchester. It’s also about an 8-minute walk into the city centre (Market Street). There’s a Tesco, Café Nero and Subway right outside the building, so everything you need is on your doorstep.

It’s a really comfortable, convenient place to live with amazing views, especially if you want to be close to the city without being right in the middle of it.
