Double room available in friendly house

I have a double bedroom to rent on the outskirts of Manchester City Centre. It is near Blackfriars and about a 10-15 minute walk into town to the Arndale and Deansgate etc so it is really handy for everything! The room is available on a six month contract initially but I will also consider short term lets. The house is really spacious and it has a large lounge, kitchen, conservatory, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a garden. Both bathrooms have just been completely re-done so it is all really modern. A garden is always an advantage compared to city centre flats and great for bbq's in the Summer! We have had lots of bbq's this Summer and always have a roast dinner on Sundays so you would get a roast dinner each week! The bedroom that is for rent has a built in wardrobe and chest of draws so there is quite a bit of storage space.

You would be living with me and my boyfriend but he works long hours so would be out the house a lot. I also have a small dog Bella who is a Cockapoo. Bella is well behaved and loves company so as long as you dont mind dogs then you are bound to like her! A bit about me: I am a friendly and sociable person but I do also like my own space as well and respect others who want there own space. I work office hours during the week and so often like to relax and keep it low key during the week. At weekends I like to see friends, go out for drinks especially cocktails, do some cooking, go to festivals and sometimes go to the cinema. I also don't mind sometimes staying in at weekends and just getting a takeaway.

I am a clean person and like to keep the house bright and tidy. I would like to live with someone similar who would be willing to do their fair share of cleaning around the house.

The rent is £500 per month including bills. No extra agency fees or any other charges.
