This is a relatively new apartment, owned by myself and my partner, which we have occupied and furnished since built - on the first floor (Atrium side) of the Nuovo development on Great Ancoats
Street (at the top of Newton Street).

Nuovo has a number of retail units in the ground floor, including Kettlebell Kitchen (health food cafe), VietShack, Ancoats General store and Cha-ology (Chinese tea rooms).

Having to place this ad as our current tenant works in the airline industry which is currently under pressure, so he has had to give us notice.

We use our apartment mainly
just at the weekend so our time together with a lodger would be minimal, so in some respects this would be like having your own place without the cost of running a city centre apartment on your own.

Our bedroom is en-suite so you would have the main bathroom to yourself. The bedroom up for rent measures 3.85m x 2.70m and is furnished with a double bed (orthopedic mattress), two bedside tables, separate drawers and a large wardrobe with drawers.

There is a large lounge with corner sofa, overlooking Great Ancoats Street. Larger than normal kitchen with table and chairs. Dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer.


We have Hyperoptic broadband (very fast) and have a Netflix account which we will set you up a profile.
Parking is not included in this price but the building has an active Facebook group and people are regularly advertising spaces for rent.

There are a number of new developments being built in the area and the property prices continue to increase, obviously meaning rents in the area are likely to increase in the medium term. Whilst the rent we are asking is not the cheapest in the area on Sparerooms, Nuovo's popularity and central location makes living here well worth considering!
