Looking for new tenant!

Hey, I'm currently the tenant of this large one bedroom apartment with walk in shower and balcony in the popular building 'The ice Plant' I'm looking to move as soon as possible so the apartment is available to move in on the 1st of August. Once viewed you would need to contact The Northern Group and go through the correct process to take over my tenancy. I will be paying a early release fee, I also need to find my own tenant.

If you're interested in viewing, (viewing is a must) then please get in touch. I work 2 minuted round the corner so viewings can be anytime.

Please note - This is not my property so you would be required to start a new agreement with the estate agents, an admin fee of £210 will apply and this will then be followed by first months rent and a deposit on move in day.

This is NOT for short stay nor is it for private rental.
