- 1 smaller double room, with exclusive use of the apartment's main bathroom, that is located right next door to the room (£775, available from 4th June)
- 1 large double room, with en-suite (existing tenant).

This 6 yr old development benefits from an Italian Restaurant and Co-op Store, and a gym opposite. It is just 10 minutes’ walk to Spinningfields, and convenient buses every 3 minutes, with easy access to MediaCityUK.

The location provides great access to the whole of Manchester by cycling, e-scooters and e-bikes. The apartments have secure cycle storage facilities, and there is a car parking space that can be rented to one of our tenants separately, if requested.
