We're a sociable but calm household who like to keep everything tidy.
The room for rent is a generous size with a double bed, bed-side table, huge built-in wardrobe, chest of draws and big private bathroom with bath/shower.

The rent for the room is £600 pcm. This includes the TV Licensing and broadband.
The energy and water bill, when split between all three tenants is currently around £40 pcm.
Council tax will be shared between the new tenant and the current professional tenant and is approximately £100 pcm.

A security deposit for the room is required and is one months rent.
