You'd be moving in with a mature student/part time retail employee, with keen interests in tech and sports, playing beer pong and FIFA.

Monthly bills average at £35 for power and internet, quarterly water bills average at £55.

The flat is in Council Tax band D, though this would be affected by whether you are a student or not.

There is bicycle storage and recycling facilities in the building, which is swipe card accessible, and has intercom entry, private post box and two lifts.
