Flatmate wanted, city centre (M1, off Oxford Road)

Front Room

Looking for a 30+ female to join me in my flat! Double room with wardrobe and chest of drawers, fibre broadband, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washer-drier, secure, private parking space, balcony, canal-side terrace / BBQ area.

The room will be available to move into from 03 February. for 12 months (this is standard, although the landlord may be willing to agree to six months).

Please note, I am bound by the following non-negotiable requirements (Landlord's rules! Sorry!):
- No couples
- No pets
- No short-term lets (12 or 6 months only)

The flat is just off Oxford Road - next to Rain Bar and opposite the Peveril of the Peak - so all shops, amenities, transport etc are very easily accessible and only a short walk away.

Rent is £500 each per month, bills and council tax (band D) on top. As I am renting this via an agency, there will be fees and a credit check, but no deposit is required as I have already covered this myself. About me... I am partially sighted but I still work full time and go out and do everything else that people do. I'm pretty laid back, easy going and down to earth - so hoping to find someone similar.
