Hello. Advertising on behalf of our landlord - we are looking for another person to live in our friendly, clean social home. Any nationality or sexual orientation is fine. The flat is quite peaceful, more social than party. The room will be available from 1st August 2024.

It is a double room with plenty of storage and a king size bed. We keep the flat VERY clean and tidy and expect the person who'll join us to be the same.

The entrance hall has a shoe cupboard, laundry cupboard with separate washer and entrance to loft space which is huge and good for storage.

The bathroom comes with walk in shower and the usual other pieces all white and in good condition newly renovated. (this is the only bathroom)

Good size L shape lounge dining and kitchen, The kitchen has loads of cupboards, large fridge, dishwasher, oven, halogen hob and other small extras.

As you can tell we have varied languages here - Cypriot and English, English is the main language spoken but English speaking isn't a requirement.

We have 70gig fibre wifi too.
The flat is 5 minutes walk to Spinningfields, 25 minutes walk to Piccadilly train station, 5 minutes walk to Deansgate station. There is a gym 2 mins walk away and big Sainsbury's and regent road retail park is 10 minutes walk away.

As for the bills, they’re all included except for electricity which is split amongst 3.
