Hi I live in a fairly large apartment in the Green Quarter near Victoria Station (5 mins walk to the shops). I'm renting out my spare room which is a furnished double and you would have the large bathroom to yourself as I have an ensuite.
I own the flat and I've had flatmates before so I'm used to living with others. I work in HR Monday to Friday, sometimes quite late, and I generally just chill out on week nights. At the weekend I like to catch up on sleep, eat out, see friends and generally relax. My partying days are sadly over!
I'm looking for a clean and respectful flatmate. I tend to find guys more easygoing so would probably prefer a male flattie but would consider a girl. The flat is quite peaceful which I like. If we become great friends then obviously that's wonderful but if we just see each other in the kitchen now and then that's fine too as long as we feel comfortable around each other.
I'm looking to offer a Mon-Fri let but can be flexible.
