The Hacienda Apartments Double Room

I have a room available in July within the Hacienda apartments. The move in date is negotiable. The rooms a double (comes furnished) and you have access to your own bathroom. There is also a secure bike cage if you cycle.

The apartment is stylishly decorated with the kitchen having all you could need including dishwasher, washer dryer etc.
Living area has a 50" tv on the wall with 7.1 surround system, turntables and wireless music system. The balcony has good views down Whitworth street and gets the sun all day when its out.

The apartments also has a 24h concierge, for additional security as well as the bonus of taking your mail, dry cleaning etc.

Im 29, Architect working in the Northern Quarter. Big in to music, try and see as many gigs as I can if not I'm digging for vinyl. Like my sport (watching or playing) and go to the gym to keep active. Keen cook so there will be plenty of Sunday roasts etc.

The rent is as I have stated with bills on top.
