I am looking for someone to replace my current flatmate, who is moving in with her boyfriend.

There will be a joint contract between me and you. There is no upfront agent fee. The rent does not include council tax ( 88ppm ) and utility bills ( roughly 50 ppm ).

The building is a short walk from Deansgate, Harvey Nichols and Market Street. Also really close to Victoria train station which is handy if you need to commute to work.

The bedroom available is a double room, with a separate master bathroom ( both in the picture ) which will be solely yours. The residents have free access to the gym in the building, which is really a highlight for a regular gym user like myself. The development also has the added benefit of an on-site resident team and 24hr Concierge.
Secure allocated car parking is available to rent.

About myself, I am a young professional working in Spinningfields. I moved to Manchester two years ago from London for work. I am also a semi-professional dancer and a big foodie. I like outdoor activities and walking in nature.
I can be really busy during the week but love to socialise with people whenever free.

I like to keep the flat clean and tidy, and am looking for a like-minded young professional who is friendly and respectful.
Unfortunately, I don't accept couples or student.
I have lived with both male and female before, haven't had issues. However, females are preferred.
