I am looking to fill my spare room. I have a 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat in the city centre of Manchester (close to Salford station, Deansgate, Spinningfields etc). The room is a large sizeable room with an en-suite bathroom. All bills included. The room available is the master bedroom as per the floor plan.


The existing flat mate who you will be sharing with is tidy and a warm welcoming person so it’s important to find the same. All I ask is that the apartment is kept clean and tidy.

In terms of bills, this includes all bills including service charges and council tax and broadband and Electricity and water usage is included with fair usage policy.

It really is a big flat, in a great location and stress free living.

Please note, there are now two rooms available in the same building in different apartments. One is sharing with a female, the other sharing with a male. The apartment sharing with the male has a balcony and a pool table.
