Double room to let in Marple, with shared bathroom, lounge and kitchen. Includes bills, and fast fibre internet. I have a room available at my home and looking to share this beautiful and quiet location. I live here and work from home a few days a week, however I work in Manchester and like to get out cycling and walking at the weekends.

My house is on a quiet road in the middle of Marple next to the canal and close to the shops, cafes, parks etc. Lots of great walks nearby and the peak district just on the doorstep.
On street parking available and the local Asda is only 5 mins walk.
It’s 11-minute walk to Marple train station, or 17 mins to Rose Hill station, with a 20-25 min ride to Manchester Piccadilly. Or opposite direction to Sheffield in 55 mins.

12 miles from Manchester Airport (approx. 25-30 mins drive).
Bus links are also available at the end of the road and 28 mins to Stockport central station.

I'm looking for a professional (male or female) ideally and this is an LGBT friendly house.
The room comes with a double bed, brand new chest of drawers and wardrobe. There is also space for a bedside table and desk if required.
