I’m 36 single female working as a professional

The house has 3 bedrooms with the loft converted as a large double room with ensuite, my room is situated at the back of the house and the front bedroom is a spare one in the middle of the 2 rooms for any guests, all rooms are decorated and furnished to a high standard.

The room is furnished with kingsize bed, side cabinets, lamps, wall fire, draws and clothing storage.

The living room has a 6ft Pool Table, Xbox, cards and chess

Movie room has black out curtains large 60 tv with leather reclining chairs and cup holders, smart lighting and 100s of dvds including Xbox

Large kitchen with washer, dryer, dish washer all essential appliances including all the latest ninjas lots of storage, cupboards, large American style fridge.

The house has a lovely outside space with 6 person hot tub, bbq and heaters it’s a perfect relaxing space for a glass a wine in the evenings.

I work as a professional photographer and have a studio in Middleton centre with a lovely friendly hair and make up salon owned by my sister. I have a great group of friends and usually socialise in Manchester.
I also have a bulldog called Rosie she is fully trained and loves cuddles 🥰 she stays at a friends from Friday - Sunday
