I have a deceptively spacious modern ground floor fully furnished apartment in Middleton, Greater Manchester consisting of open plan living, shared kitchen and lounge to rent out
2 double bedrooms, one with ensuite and ottoman bed and bath/shower. Bedroom 2 has shower/toilet right next to bedroom 2. This room is taken.

All rooms have been redecorated and furnished to a high standard complete with new laminated flooring and ottoman double beds for extra storage.

I would like my future lodgers to be respectful, clean and tidy.

The apartment has parking for residents and a parking permit will be issued to all drivers.

It is also close to a bus stop 50 yards away with buses every 10 minutes into Manchester. Bus No. 112 stops outside the apartment and takes around 30 minutes to Manchester City Centre.

Tesco superstore and other shops are a 10 minute walk in to the centre of Middleton and excellent transport links to Manchester city centre. 15 mins drive to Ancoats / Northern Quarter. 

Smoking only allowed outdoors!
