Double En-Suite Room Available Jan 25

I am a procurement professional looking to rent a room out in my 3 story town-house, I am looking for a short term let to start with and if we are both happy we can arrange something more longer term.

The room available is a spacious double en-suite, and will come furnished as per the images.

The house is located on a fairly recent (2009) housing development, and comes equipped with a washer, tumble dryer etc in very modern communal areas.

I do come with a dog (Arthur) and though the property comes with a garage - This houses a classic car of mine (if you're into your cars & motor racing then great!)

It is in close proximity to the city (+15 mins) with a number local pubs and the wonderful Heaton Park only a stones throw away.

The only thing I ask is that you pay your rent on time, and you ensure the house is kept clean and tidy! Oh, and I make a mean roast dinner so if yorkshire pudding is your thing - we're in business.

I'd also consider a Monday - Friday let.
