Room 2: double bed, 1.5meter wardrobe, family bathroom with bath 🛀 & shower only shared with 1 other tenant. & additional downstairs WC.

Rent reporting to boost credit score can be included.

A clean friendly young professionals household. Current household with 26 year old Male and 25 year old couple. A 3 story townhouse with 3.5 bathrooms. Kitchen, living and downstairs toilet on the ground floor.
First floor contains bedroom 1 and 2 and family bathroom. the 2nd floor is again 1 double room, with an en-suite and snug.

Currently 3 tenants + yourself. 4 maximum (including yourself).

5-minute walk south to Patricroft train station and 5 minutes walk North to monton village with shops, restaurants, and bars. Manchester Evening News describes Monton and the up and coming to Didsbury and has been given the nickname of 'Monton Carlo'.

Clean professionals working standard hours (8-5ish)

Cleaner once a month just to do the none standard cleaning but we generally keep the kitchen & house clean and take the rubbish out between us.

Bills included, just need to provide your own daily use stuff, eg toilet paper, and washing machine powder etc

Cul de sack parking available with a well sized south facing garden.
