Hi I currently live on my own with my two westies. The house is situated in the heart of Northernden, within walking distance of local shops, the 43 bus route to the airport, and the Princess parkway bus route straight into town. It’s located close to the river Mersey also.
I have a cleaner who comes every other week but this could be changed to weekly. At the moment I’m rarely here as I’m usually out walking after work, so the house stays tidy. I don’t mind someone who smokes but I don’t allow smoking in the house. There is however a garden at the back that has some comfy chairs.
All bills are included, sky fibre optic broadband and downstairs the tv has most Sky channels. There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
I’m looking for someone who doesn’t mind dogs since I have two. My dogs don’t malt and are well behaved. They are hair not fur so shouldn’t effect anyone with allergies.
