Westpoint is a luxury new built apartment which is in a convenient location and there is a bus stop exactly opposite the building. it is 10 minutes away from the city centre by bus. there are two supermarkets (world wide and Iceland) close to the building which is only 5 minutes by walk as well as Superdrug and pharmacy. The building has a reception, common area, gym, bike storage, parking and has CCT .
It is a one bedroom apartment (40 metre)(it is NOT a shared flat) in the seventh floor of Westpoint building. The price included all the utility bills as well as wifi. It is completely furnished with new furnitures. the studio include kitchen with separate refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave. It has a big living room which has one sofa and dining table for 2 persons.
It has a big bedroom with a double bed and a big closet and one study desk with chair. The room has a great view of the city. There is a laundry in the same floor as the room and it is free of charge and it is for unlimited use.
I am student and I am going back to my country for the summer so the apartment is available from 10/06/2020 till 30/08/2019. Available date is flexible and you can contact me even if you want for a few weeks.
