Double room with en-suite in large flat!

I am looking for a female flatmate to move into this beautiful flat. The flat is situated close to old Trafford tram stop, less than a 5 mins walk. Nearest shops are White City retail park which has an Aldi, home bargains and M&S amongst others. There is a gym
In the retail park or a pure gym in exchange quay 5 mins drive away.

Salford quays is around 5mins and Manchester City centre around 10mins.

The bedroom for rent comes furnished with a wardrobe, side cabinets and chest of drawers. Plus a large en-suite with rainfall shower.

The living room and kitchen is open plan and light so it’s nice for spending time watching tv or reading.

Unfortunately need someone who doesn’t WFH due to energy costs.

Im jini :) I’m 33 and work with young children with special needs. I am into my fitness and train at the gym 5 days a week ( so any fellow gym bunny’s please say hey!) I'm very chilled and easy going and would love to find a flatmate who is similar. I'm not a party animal and rarely go out now but I enjoy going for meals and being outdoors especially in this nice weather!

I keep the flat very clean and tidy so would like my new flatmate to respect this as it is not a party flat it is a home.
