- 10-minute walk from Trafford Bar Tram Stop
- 10/15-minute walk from Cornbrook Tram Stop
- 15/20-minute walk to Chorlton high street
- 40-minute walk into central Manchester (Piccadilly Station) and 20-minute walk to Castlefield

You'll be living with two girls aged 26 and 25, one is a nurse and the other works in retail. Both super friendly and chilled.

The house is really homely and spacious with a lovely back garden that will be perfect in the summer! Plus a basement and attic if you have any bits you need to chuck in storage.

The bedroom is unfurnished but I do have a bed, chest of drawers and a slightly wonky rail if you need it.

The room is available from 1st July and the tenancy will run till October with chances of renewing afterwards.

Rent is £500 each month and bills have been pretty steady at £150 since we moved in but have been £200 once or twice.

A deposit of £500 will also be required.
