En-suite Room available in old Trafford flat

Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I move in with my partner.

The flat is situated in old Trafford which is 5 minutes walk from a big Tesco and retail park with a gym, Aldi and Nando’s etc. The room is a 2 bed flat which has a en-suite is a very good sized room. There are 2 lifts making it easy to get around.

You will be living with 1 male flatmate (28) who is extremely nice and friendly. He works in environmental sustainability and goes to the office nearly everyday. He is also away most weekends with another job so I have the flat to myself a lot. We are good friends so he is looking for someone on the same wavelength.

The flat comes with a decent sized kitchen with ample storage and a washer dryer, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Bills are not included but comes to £200 each month. There is a car parking space included in the flat so the flat is car friendly.
