Hi, i am a student moving out of this property so im trying to find a replacement. This is a a studio flat, which is an extension off the front of the house it has its own bathroom, own kitchen, and a studio layout, as well as personal access to the back patio. Pets may be considered on agreement with the owner. The entrance to the annexe is also separate, so it is private.

Bills are included; council tax applies if you are not a student. Its close to the city centre and the nearest bus stop is about 5 minutes away on the road outside and the buses go straight to Piccadilly, and its also about 10 minutes walk from the tram stop, and a few shops.

The property is not only open to students, so please get in touch. It's available from early March, with a flexible start date. References required.
