Looking for someone to take over the rest of my tenancy in this furnished bedroom with en-suite in a 2-bedroom apartment near Salford Quays, Manchester.

💕 Move in from early May (can be flexible) - the lease ends at end of June but option to extend to early August if needed
💕 There is parking at the property
💕 Room comes fully furnished & has an en-suite
💕 Apartment has a balcony which overlooks the canal (so nice in Summer)
💕 Apartment is a 2min walk from a tram stop, 2 tram stops into town and lush walk into town or along to Media City by the canal.

Will be sharing with one girl who is 24 and works full time 9-5 in the office. She is really chill and likes going for food, the gym, girly things etc!

Rent is £675/month + bills which come out to about £160
