Double room available in old Trafford with live in landlord.

Great transport links into Manchester, Media city and City centre. Walking distance from bars in Whalley range and Chorlton. Parking is available.

Local facilities are great-lots of small grocers and Tesco metro 5 minute walk. Larger supermarkets a short drive.

I am quiet during the week, head down getting through til Friday but it’s a friendly house and I sometimes have friends round.

The room is really sunny with a very comfy bed! And the house is a good condition, recently modernised to open plan. We also have a nice garden which also gets lots of sun in summer. There is gas central heating and a log burner.

I’m a veggie, i don’t request that you are but would prefer someone who isn’t cooking a lot of meat in the house.

I would also prefer a female lodger.

I am happy to have 7 day, Monday - Friday or short term lets

The room is £650 all bills included for a 7 day let.
