Double furnished room to rent in house share in Old Trafford.

This is my home I choose to share not a commercial property. My previous house sharer has just started work on a cruise ship, opening the opportunity for someone to join the home. This is a large home and I am only looking for one person to share with me.

Close walking distance to Chorlton, close to the Trafford Bar Tram stop with easy links to the City Centre and beyond.

Cat lover essential as resident cat (Magnum O'Puss) will help all feel at home and all will need to pander to meet his needs. Any house sharer would need to be happy to look after Magnum if I am away or on holiday.

The house overlooks a park and has a garden area to the rear.

The rent is £140 per week, inclusive of all standard bills and wifi. Cleaning is a shared household task.

Property comprises kitchen diner with a dining table, Tv and Alexa– two shared lounges, both with Tv and Alexa, shared bathroom complete with bath and over bath shower, decked rear with garden.

The share will suit a professional. Mature sharer welcomed. Vegan / Vegetarian / Pescatarian welcomed as it is a MEAT FREE HOUSEHOLD. The household is LGBTQ+ friendly. Creatives, artists and musicians especially welcomed.

I am a sociable, artistic (hence the paintings in the house), sometimes quiet individual, but a regular at theatre, concerts and other cultural activities as well as regular days out at the weekends – the right house sharer would be welcome to join in and accompany. As well as share a meal, night in front of Netflix etc...
