Looking for a housemate asap

Hi there,

I have a spare unfurnished bedroom available now and need a housemate to share costs asap. The apartment has lots of light (windows facing south & west), is functional and has lots of storage cupboards, it's clean and well located (Ayres Road). It has a colorful decoration and is very pleasant to live in. I attached a picture of the bedroom for reference but it's still currently a studio. It will all be emptied when the moving in is planned.

I am 27, work in a cafe/bar and also work from home as an artist and musician. I am looking for someone (woman preferred) to get along with and that would share similar interests (creatives industries, art, music, film...), is a non-smoker, preferably vegetarian or considerate of specific regimes, reliable and responsible, with a good sense of cleanliness, happy to share costs of life, spend time together (and not live as strangers) but also knows how to give space.

Earliest : 27th of March
Latest : 27th of May
Duration : 6 months minimum.

Rent is £272 per person per month.
Charges are about £109 per person per month. (EPC B/C)
Deposit is £272 per person.
Agency registration is £60 + reference check.
The building is own by a small independent agency so usually they are quite helpful.
