Close to a large shopping complex (Lime Square) where you find McDonalds, Morrisons, Lidl, Range, Costa Coffee, Post Office, 24-hour Gym and many other stores.
Bus stop is only 30 yards from the house where you can get bus# 171 and 172. Bus 172 connects you directly to Chorlton and Didsbury.
Gorton train station is less than two minutes walk.
The house is well maintained, so everything is like new. Solid Wood floors and high quality carpets adorn the floors. There are two toilets, one fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining and lounge area.
The property is very close (about 60 yards) to a cycling and jogging track which leads to the Gorton Reservoir on one end and the Ashton Canal on the other end. So if you like being outdoors, you will love living here.
Currently, there are two male occupants, both mature professionals and we would like to share the house with someone who is polite and considerate and clean living.
Couples may be considered at an increased rent.
Please note that we have two very friendly dogs living with us, they are my pets.
