Hi! I’m Harvey and my housemate is moving out soon, so I’m looking for someone new to share my cosy two-bed terrace in Openshaw — with quick, easy access into the city centre for work or social plans.

🚉 Transport links:
• 5 mins walk to Gorton Station (~6 mins to Piccadilly)
• 2 mins to the 219 bus
• 15 mins to Edge Lane tram

🛒 Shops, food & gym (3 mins away):
Lime Square Retail Park is right on the doorstep with Lidl, Morrisons, and The Gym Group.

🏡 The room & house:
A bright, fully furnished room with plenty of natural light, good WFH space, and storage. The house also has a private patio with access to a large communal garden, plus parking available.

👋 About me & living here:
I’m usually out and about — cinema trips, hiking, board game nights, or the gym. I work from home around twice a week. Evenings are generally chilled: film nights, batch cooking (usually a spare portion), and some gaming.
Day to day, it’s a sociable but independent setup — friendly, relaxed, and respectful, with space to do your own thing.

• Included: Water, WiFi, Council Tax, TV Licence
• Not included: Gas & Electric (split equally, currently ~£35 monthly each)
