Single room to rent

We have a small shihtzu dog who is 2 in January 24 . We have another lodger in double room at moment a lady in her fifties who works and is very quiet Want someone long term not just a couple of months here and there about our ages who is quiet clean and tidy .and considerate of other people in household . My husband gets up at 4.30 in morning for work and so does the other lodger sometimes so that why we asking for a quiet and respectful person no party animals . Alcoholics or drug users please Or making a load of noise after about 9pm. at night no cooking after 8pm as we like to lock up and tidy. up at a. certain time as we normally in bed at.10pm Parking is available if there is ever room at front of house if no room you could park nearby or you could. park round back of house as quite a big area there to park . I enjoy watching my soaps and gardening and Netflix my husband enjoys tottering around in his greenhouse and playing on PS4 . Our house and garden always kept neat and tidy . My husband works full time but I don't work I don't go out much and like things quiet and calm so I am in most of time . that doesn't mean we are ignorant we can have a laugh too and enjoy good conversation and i am a good listener if you have a problem to share we have a large back garden which we park our car in . we don't smoke we have e. Cigs stopped smoking 10 years ago . We don't drink . bit boring really as we like it calm and quiet we don't want any party animals if you want quiet then this is for you we have a single bedroom freshly decorated with new single bed and new bedding quilt and pillows chest of drawers desk and chair built in shelving wardrobe space . also proper wardrobe laundry basket and bin no TV in room but a ethernet cable to connect to TV if you wanted to connect a games system or connect to internet on TV. Room available on 10th november 23 .Not ensuite but bathroom and toilet not far away Use of all amenities washer. Dryer . Cooker . Microwave .Dishwasher etc. Also own fridge and small freezer for your own use . Gazebo to sit in when its summer . We are a quiet couple who enjoy our peace and quiet so would want someone who is quiet neat and tidy . We are close to bus stops shops doctors dentists etc . Bus routes into Manchester . Sale .Altrincham . Stretford . Urmston . Trafford Centre. The rent is £ 380 a month all bills included in price . .We ask that you pay a months rent in advance of 380 and a refundable deposit Of 50.00 if you leave and things are ok with room . So 430 first of all then we ask you to pay monthly after that
