Double room to rent in a quiet household

Hi we are a married couple aged 60and 64 We own our house . Person must be a dog lover as we have an imperial shihtzu who is 2 in Jan 24 did have another shihtzu who sadly died 3 years ago . We have a double room to rent available the room has a desk and chair and wardrobe chest of drawers double bed shelving units laundry basket and waste bin and built in wardrobe and shelves no TV in room but ethernet cable to connect to TV or games console . Also long mirror . .We want longterm someone who works preferably. and about our age range in their fifties onwards but would consider slightly younger age if suitable
. have another lodger in single room who works nights . I enjoy gardening and watching soaps playing on my ps3 and movies and playing games on my tablet . Husband enjoys pottering about in his greenhouse and playing on PS4 . We don't smoke or drink we have e cigs We might sound bit boring to some people but that's how we like it quiet and chilled . I don't work and am in most of time . My husband works my husband gets up at ,4.30 am for work so we need someone quiet . Respectful . No loud music or noisy at night .after about 9.00pm because of my husband getting up for work early and cooking meals well before 9pm at night as we like to clean up at a certain time as we go bed Earlyish . No party animals or alcoholics or drug users . Someone nice and clean and tidy and respectful want someone long term who can commit to 6 months minimum onwards not just a few months here and there no time wasters We are close to shops and doctors and dentists and bus routes . Full use of all amenities washer . cooker . dryer .microwave . dishwasher etc We keep our house and garden tidy . Parking at front of property or if no space right outside at back of property as close as you can to the property . We have a large back garden with home built gazebo in it which if you smoke you could do so in there . Shared bathroom and toilet and kitchen . Want someone about our ages We are quiet but can also have a laugh . Don't want time wasters want some one long term . .
