Double room to rent in a quiet household

Hi we are a married couple aged 57and 61 . We own our house . We have a double room to rent the room has a wardrobe chest of drawers double bed shelving units laundry basket and waste bin and built in wardrobe and shelves no TV in room but ethernet cable to connect to TV or games console . We have a lodger at moment in single room who is very quiet clean polite and respectful . 32 year old young man who works nights We want someone who works this could be either going out to work or in this crazy time who has to work from home . I enjoy gardening and watching soaps and movies and playing games on my tablet . Husband enjoys pottering about in his greenhouse and playing on PS4 . We don't smoke or drink we have e cigs We might sound bit boring to some people but that's how we like it quiet and chilled . I don't work and am in most of time . My husband works my husband gets up at ,4.30 am for work so we need someone quiet . Respectful . Not loud or noisy at night .after about 10.30pm No party animals or alcoholics or drug users . Someone nice and clean and tidy and respectful want someone long term at least 12 months or more not just a few months here and there We are close to shops and doctors and dentists and bus routes . Full use of all amenities washer . cooker . dryer .microwave . dishwasher etc We keep our house and garden tidy . Parking at front of property or if no space right outside as close as you can to the property . . We have a large back garden with home built gazebo in it which if you smoke you could do so in there . Shared bathroom and toilet and kitchen and living room . Want someone about our ages but would consider younger if right person and also consider someone with a small dog as we lost our fur baby 5 months ago available 10th Feb . We are quiet but can also have a laugh . Don't want time wasters want some one long term . . If you think you would like a nice quiet little place then please get in touch .
