The house is situated on a quiet private street with local shops and metro link within walking distance, I will be the only other tenant as I occasionally have my daughter staying over so the box room is for her use. I work 5-6 days a week full time so will be out a lot of the time, I don't mind cooking and have been told I have a very welcoming and clean home, I'm a busy guy who needs help with the bills and a little noise around the place would be nice, as I'm generally on my own , look forward to any response I receive .
