I have a room available to rent just 5 minutes walk from Heaton Park, tram stop into Manchester 5 minutes walk round the corner. Also just a 15 minute drive from Manchester City centre - Must be dog friendly. Pets are fine however only dogs we already have dog living here, she’s very friendly.!

I am looking for a flat mate I can get on with and be friends with as as a flat mate.

I am a social person but also enjoy my own space, very chilled to live with and clean and tidy. I enjoy cooking, travelling, music, photography.

I work from home full time - and the other room mate works in a normal place of work.

We also have a shared walk in wardrobe, so as well as your bedroom you will also have access to a walk in wardrobe where you can get ready with space.

The house has 3 bathrooms, one downstairs two upstairs (one is my en-suite however) other bathrooms are shared.

Living room space/dining room and relaxation area. Separate laundrette room and large kitchen. Spacious front and back garden
