A good sized lounge with leather sofas (Apologies for the truly shocking photo work). There is gas central heating (and a shower that will knock your socks off), also front and rear gardens and on street parking.

Excellent transport links with a 1 minute walk to the 93 bus route that takes you to the city centre in about 20 minutes. It is also only 15 minutes walk to the Prestwich or Heaton Park tram stops. The M60 is a 5 minute drive away and it’s a straight 15 minute punt by car down Bury New Road to the city centre.

I am a secondary teacher with a good sense of humour, who keeps a tidy house (but not I am not OCD about it) and enjoys sport and travelling. Whilst I own the house I am looking for a housemate rather than a tenant (I am not the power hungry type).
