I have a newly decorated stone cottage in Edenfield nr Ramsbottom, a stones throw from the start of the M66 so great for travel/commuting (20 mins to Bolton / Bury / Manchester City centre.
The house has new kitchen thats a good size and is well equipped as I like cooking myself and a new bathroom with a corner bath and a fantastic power shower. The house is a good size for a terraced cottage with a good sized entrance hall and large dining room with a wood burning stove for a bit of atmosphere. Lounge is good size with two large couches and is has large plasma TV and all the toys Blue Ray, Sky and WiFi throughout the house which is included in the rent. The room is about 11ft square and has amazing views over Scout moor.
I'm a very busy event co-ordinator working in Bolton so I'm not there a huge amount and tend to work weekends or stay out with friends in Manchester at weekends so its not like I'll be in your hair all the time.
