Beautiful house with chilled flatmate

Hey guys!

A room has come available in my loveleh home in Reddish Stockport. Location is half way between Manchester City Center and stocky P, and just a small walk from levenshulme.

It's available from the 1st September but I'm flexible with the move in date open to short tenancies (just want to find the right person really 🕺).

I work as a freelance set decorator in film/tv, so there will be long periods when I'm in and out the house. Happy for people who work from home, but ideally want someone who also goes into the office as well.

My ideal housemate would be someone confident who enjoys conversation and is easy going - Bonus if you like comedy shows, a24 films, foodie Fridays in stockport, hiking in the peaks or true crime docs (if you listen to redhanded, we'll get along great 😂).

I am open to pets as long as they're house trained and not too hyperactive. There is on street parking available and we're situated closed to public transport links (203 bus and north reddish station).

It's not a party house but I do throw a Halloween/Christmas get together most years and it's a lot of fun 🍄 🙃.
