A lovely well maintained cozy house with a spacious garden at the rear. The garden backs onto a local park with tree coverage from the neighbours to the right which allows for a tranquill setting. The property has a bathroom with a shower a nice kitchen and dining area and a cozy front room. We’re just next to the bus stops to Stockport and the city centre, and ten mins from the station (9 min train to Piccadilly). Easy access to m62 so ideal transport links. Wardrobe and draws already in the room, we’ll add a double bed once interest is confirmed.

A male couple live at the property along with their two dogs, we are friendly and welcoming and always up for talks and drinks when we are not busy. Renters must be dog friendly :) we like to keep the property clean and tidy up after ourselves aswell :)
