Bathroom is shared with another person. The house is furnished, the live-in landlord takes care of things like dish soap, kitchen rolls, etc. A cleaner comes once or twice a month to clean all the common areas.
The bus stop and train station are both only 3 minutes away, they take 30-40 and 12 minutes to Piccadilly respectively, and run until midnight.
