A small single room is available in this Rusholme sharehouse. Cheap and cheerful is the name of the game.

The room itself is a small single with all bills and council tax included. It is well heated and has furniture and some bedsheets included as well as storage space inside and outside the room. The room faces away from the street so there is very little noise.

The house has high speed broadband and will soon be getting fibre to the premises to get even better internet. The kitchen is fairly large and well equipped, and there is a small back patio area. The living area is clean and tidy and has space for friends and chats. The landlord is not around often but is always responsive if something needs fixing.

Public transport is very close: the 111 bus stops around the corner with the curry mile only a short walk away for the Magic Bus. The university is 5 away minutes by bus, town centre is 15. There is a small supermarket across the road and several decent takeaways nearby, as well as the Curry Mile just down the street for your curry and shisha needs.

The current housemates are male, aged 20-25. One is a bartender, another is a lab technician and the third is a night porter at a hotel. All the housemates are very chill and are looking for someone similar. The ideal flatmate is someone who is friendly, clean and respectful of the other tenants. Students and workers are all welcome.
