En-Suite Room in Private Accommodation

Looking for someone to takeover my room for 2019/2020 academic year asap. The room is in private university accommodation (halls style) and is available to students only, and the contract is from 14/09/19 till 18/07/20 (44 weeks). The room is owned by Campus Living Villages and is a room in a flat of 5 (unsure about genders and ages as that information isn’t disclosed to me).

The flat is on the second floor and is a 10 minute walk from University of Manchester and a 20 minute walk to Manchester Metropolitan University. The flat is in a safe and secure building with security 24/7, and requires a fob and swipe card to enter. There are plenty of shops, buses and pubs minutes away, so the location is ideal.

In the bedroom is a 3/4 bed, double wardrobe, a desk, 3 drawers, a noticeboard, plenty of shelves and under bed storage. There is also an en-suite consisting of a shower, sink and loo. The communal area is a kitchen diner, and in the kitchen is an oven, microwave, electric hob, fridge and freezer, kettle, ironing board, a dining table and 2 sofas, with plenty of cupboards/storage space. There is also a communal laundry room with washers and dryers.

The rent is £139 (includes bills and wifi) a week and can be paid in 3 instalments (september, january, april) or in full (in september), and a deposit of £250 is required, along with a guarantor. The rent is £139 a week if you takeover my contract or it will be the current rate which is £152 a week (at time of posting ad) if you book through Campus Living Villages.
