The rent is 240 + 60 (bills)+ 30 (C. tax), 330 in total and a deposit of 240. The room comes with your own bathroom (ensuite). We are 3 professionals guys and we are looking for the 4th tenant ( boy or girl) no couples and pets no allowed.
We are looking for a professional person, working or in furlough, Due Covid 19, if you have interest, we can send you a video in first place and then arrange a view.
