Large Double Room In A Three Bed House

I’m moving back to my family home hence why I need to advertise this room, it’s a lovely large double upstairs bedroom with lots of natural light. Living with two really nice non-binary people one of which is a student and the other a graduate, we also have a small cat called Chilli! We want someone who is super chilled and LGBTQI+ friendly, we’re not a party house but enjoy to socialise together a lot and go out occasionally :)
The room includes the bed, mattress, smaller desk and a wardrobe however the rest of the furniture pictured isn’t included (you can choose whether you want the floating shelves).
available immediately, will have to pay £300 deposit before moving in along with first months rent:)
Bills not included apart from wifi, the gas and electric will be £32 per person per month, the water is paid for until early next year
