It’s 2 minutes away from the nearest bus stop, with direct routes to fallow/airport but also uni/city.
It’s only a 15-20 min walk to UoM/MMU campuses.
5 minute walk from Lidl, Tesco and Wetherspoons.
You would be living with three lovely second year students who are social but also respectful.
The tenancy is until 17th August 2026, and you can move in from 18th December.
Parking is available if you apply for an online permit, it’s relatively simple.
And because it’s a student property, it’s council tax exempt.
