Hiya I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy at my current accommodation, 3 girls live here already, 1 student 2 working, all lovely and clean, they would prefer another girl to take my place. Its bills included £160per week and you would be splitting council tax (currently pay £45per month).
The house is 2min from whitworth park and 5min from lidl, bus stop at the end of the road to town.
2 bathrooms (I only took a pic of the one i use), garden, nice communal areas and you would be getting the biggest room in the house (downstairs room).
ignore the cat, cat toys and pole, they are all mine and will be leaving with me :)
