Bright & Spacious Double Bedroom Available in M14

Hi! We're a group of three friends and we have a lovely, fully-furnished double bedroom in a three bedroom house available to move into immediately. Situated in Rusholme on a parallel road to Curry Mile makes it a fantastic location when in comes to transport, groceries and restaurant options — everything being within a 5 - 10 minute walking distance. The bus stop is just 4 minutes away and there's direct buses going towards both the city centre and the airport. Lidl, Tesco, Worldwide and Manchester Superstore are all very close by as well.

During the day, the room is well lit and gets plenty of natural light. It comes furnished with a double bed, a closet, a desk and also in-built shelf space – so storage isn't going to be an issue, especially with additional space under the bed as well! We have a shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom, all very spacious and with plenty of storage space in the kitchen. We have a separate fridge and a freezer, so we have more than ample space for our groceries, and there's a washer in the kitchen.

You'll be sharing the house with 3 professionals — Aditi, Jitin and Chandani. We're all in our mid 20s and love to socialise! However, we know how important it is having our own chill time and personal space. So, you can expect a very relaxed and warm environment in the house at all times – whether it's for working from home or for having a lovely banter in the kitchen while we cook. We occasionally have small get togethers with friends but we're definitely not a party house.
