Good sized double

Hi,

I have a good sized single and a double available in a 3 bed house share. If you want a double bed in the single room, there is space then I will get this done if you want a 6 month contract.

The rent includes all bills however need to be conscious of usage so no leaving lights on etc.

The house is a mid-terrace in a popular and diverse area - there is a mixture of families, students, and professionals on the square.
If you like meeting new people there is a community allotment where you can help grow and harvest food all year round there is a hub where they cook food and hire out to generate a little income for the allotment (it's not your typical one plot allotment!)

You will be sharing with clean females that are accustomed to living in a shared house and respectful. I read the gas and electric meters monthly and if necessary, I collect bill money monthly, in arrears. Rent is required in advance.

RULES

If you listen to music you will need to wear headphones as there is a no loud music policy.

Smoking is prohibited in all parts of the property including the yard.

No dogs, I'm happy to share with a cat or other small pets.
