The house is a 15 minute bus ride from Piccadilly Garden, the buses run every 10 minutes and the bus stop is round the corner. Walking distance to the universities, hospital, asda, bnm, Mac donalds, lots of shops and takeaways and Alexandra park the house is perfectly located for students or young professionals

It has free on-street parking a fitted kitchen with gas cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, clothes washer & dryer, toaster and kettle, plenty of storage and is fully equipped with all cooking utensils.

The comfy living room has a smart TV (so you can cast directly from your phone) and iplayer and Netflix!

The house was renovated last year and is regularly maintained so its in great condition. I live less than 5 minutes away so if you get locked out or something breaks I can be there quickly to sort it out.

ROOM 1
Room one is a large room and has a large bay window, double bed, vanity table, wardrobe and bedside table.

ROOM 1
Room 2 is cosy but bright and airy with double bed, chest of drawers and bedside table.

ROOM 2
Room 3 is a medium sized room with double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and large window overlooking the garden and a large desk for working.

ROOM 4
Room 4 is very large it features a king size bed, large wardrobe, bedside tables, dinner table, large chest of drawers and three large windows.

All rooms are available for rent from now until around the 1st of March for a minimum term of 12 months.

All bills included (as long as you don't go too mad); Gas, elec, water, council-tax, and broadband. Housemates are responsible for providing there own consumables (loo roll, washing-up-liquid etc).

References Are Required. No Pets and no smoking in the house. The move in process is very quick and can be done in less than 3 days. All I need is the first months rent, the last months rent, £100 deposit, £50 admin fee and 2 references then your free to move in.
