Large sunny double room overlooking beautiful south-facing garden in my well-maintained house in Sale. Unlimited broadband and all bills included. Two minutes' walk to shops in Sale Moor village, about 10-12 minutes' walk to Sale Metrolink station and the town centre, two or three minutes' drive to the M60 motorway and Sale Waterpark park-and-ride station, and near parks. Parking is available on the drive.

There is full use of the kitchen but I would prefer no pork or shellfish products.
Someone with a friendly house-trained cat would be very welcome but I can't accept a dog.
There is gas central heating and hot water whenever required and two gas fires in the living room/dining room.
There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, large fridge and very large freezer.
You would have full use of the kitchen, living and dining room and garden.
There's a large bathroom including bidet, and a downstairs toilet..
There's ample cupboard storage space. in the bedroom and there are curtains; they've gone for cleaning.
I can replace the single bed with a double if required.
All bills including broadband, cleaning and gardening are included.
